Chris Keeps Customers
I accidentally fell into the world of customer service. It was not a career that I had planned but the aspect of serving others is something that my parents had instilled in me and that simple foundation has led to many innovations focused on customer retention and happiness.
When I get a break from leading my team, I enjoy time with family which usually involves food, music, and friends. I love to hunt and prefer outdoors to indoors any day. I actively support GO Ministries, The Tug McGraw Foundation, my local church, and many other charities.
For the past 30 years, I've my career has lead me to manage customer service for some of the largest and most respected brands in the world. Within the companies that I have created and work for I have created service related programs for Montgomery Ward, GE, Sharp, Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, Philips, Viking, NewEgg, Amazon, Lowes, and Home Depot.
