Chris Keeps Customers

accidentally fell into the world of customer service. It was not a career that I had planned but the aspect of serving others is something that my parents had instilled in me and that simple foundation has led to many innovations focused on customer retention and happiness.

When I get a break from leading my team, I enjoy time with family which usually involves food, music, and friends. I love to hunt and prefer outdoors to indoors any day. I actively support GO Ministries, The Tug McGraw Foundation, my local church, and many other charities.

For the past 30 years, I've my career has lead me to manage customer service for some of the largest and most respected brands in the world. Within the companies that I have created and work for I have created service related programs for Montgomery Ward, GE, Sharp, Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, Philips, Viking, NewEgg, Amazon, Lowes, and Home Depot.

I'd like to share a very Special event.

About Me

I'm passionate about giving back to the community.

The Tug McGraw Foundation

The Tug McGraw Foundation not only raises awareness and funds for brain cancer and traumatic brain injury patients, it also focuses heavily on Post Traumatic Stress Disorder in returning veterans.

Sean W. Mullen was killed in action on June 2, 2013, in Afghanistan. Artist, Phil Taylor, of The American Fallen Soldiers Project, had painted a portrait of Mullen, which was presented to his wife, Nancy Mullen.

Also, a all-terrain motorized wheel chair was given to the veteran (Pictured with Joe Montana) who had just lost his leg due to complications 20 days earlier.
